Honestly, after reading all these comments, my initial excitement from the video is gone. It's so hard to trust these builders. The RERA info about 'Breez Builders' having 0 projects for 'Central Park Cerise Floors' is a huge red flag. Maybe this is an old video or a resale project being marketed deceptively. What if I book and then get stuck like so many others? I think I'll look elsewhere.
The location, Flower Valley, is Sohna. While it's developing, it's still a bit far from the main Gurugram hustle. For 1.9 Cr, especially with the current market conditions, one might find better options closer to the city, or at least with a more reliable builder. Just my two cents, as I'm also looking for my first home.
Totally agree, U10. Sohna is good for long-term investment, but for immediate living and connectivity, it's still catching up. My office is near Cyber City, and commuting from Sohna would be a nightmare. I'm looking at something in Badshahpur instead, maybe a bit older but proven.
Okay, so the possession date is passed, builder has zero projects, and it's 1.9 Cr. This is giving me major anxiety. Is anyone actually living there or know someone who got possession? The market in Gurugram is already so volatile, I don't want to make a wrong move. There are 400 units, someone must have bought it, right?
I checked the RERA website for this project, RERA number 95. The builder is Breez Builders and Developers Pvt. Ltd. and it says 'Total projects: 0'. This is very confusing. How can a builder with zero projects be developing something like Central Park Cerise Floors? Is it a joint venture or something? Yeh toh bahut risky lag raha hai for a first-time buyer.
Oh wow, U6, thanks for digging into that RERA detail. That's super important. I was getting swayed by the 'luxury' tag. This makes me rethink completely. Maybe stick to established builders, even if they are a bit more expensive. What do others think?
U6, you hit the nail on the head! Zero projects for the builder is a massive red flag. My uncle almost got scammed by a similar builder near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) who had no prior experience. Be very careful, everyone. Don't fall for glossy videos.
Hey everyone, just saw this video on Central Park Cerise Floors. Looks really nice in the walkthrough, but I'm a first-time buyer aur thoda nervous hoon. Has anyone here actually visited the site in Gurugram? What's the ground reality like? Price toh 1.9 Cr dikha raha hai, budget mein toh hai, but is it worth it?
U1, I get the nervousness, same here! The video makes it look like a dream. But 1.9 Cr for a 'floor' in Flower Valley, that's not exactly cheap. What about the maintenance charges and all? Yeh sab bhi toh budget mein fit hona chahiye. Kahi hidden costs na ho.
Bhai, I also saw the video, looks very tempting na? My main concern is the possession date, it says July 2022. Abhi toh 2024 chal raha hai, toh kya yeh ready-to-move hai ya delayed project hai? That's a big red flag for me.
