Central Park Flower Valley: Builder Track Record?
Just watched a video on Central Park Flower Valley in Gurugram. It shows a huge 1000-acre township with apartments and villas, looks really impressive. But I'm trying to gauge Central Park's actual credibility as a builder. Anyone here have experience with their previous projects? Curious about their construction quality and if they're known for possession delays. Is it worth considering this project with them?

Honestly, 2026 end is far away. I'd be more comfortable with something closer to completion or already completed, especially as a first-time buyer. The Gurugram real estate market is hot right now, but future appreciation can be unpredictable. Builders delaying possession is a real headache. My parents faced it with a project in Basai.
Totally agree with the point about amenities taking time. That's a common issue with these big townships. For Flower Valley, the price range of 1.7 Cr to 3.7 Cr is quite broad. What kind of unit are you looking at, U1? That will really affect the value for money.
My neighbour bought a plot in their previous project a few years ago. Unko toh time pe possession mil gaya tha, but development around the area took ages. Roads, amenities, sab kuch slow tha. So, while the builder might deliver the unit, the overall 'township' feel might take longer to materialize.
I actually visited their sales office for Flower Valley last month. They were showing apartments starting from 1.7 Cr and villas going up to 3.7 Cr. It's a huge project, but that's a serious investment. They mentioned possession by December 2026. Given the current market, prices seem a bit steep for an ongoing project with that timeline. RERA number is GGM/624/356/2022/99, so at least it's registered.
December 2026 possession date for a project started in 2022 means 4 years for completion. That's a good timeline on paper, but builders often miss these. Just saying, don't blindly trust the date. Mera experience toh yahi hai.
1.7 Cr for an apartment is a lot, especially if it's not even ready. My friend bought in Badshahpur and got a ready-to-move for less. What about the construction quality, did you get a feel for it from the sample flats?

Yeah, I've heard mixed reviews too. But 1000 acres sounds massive! What's the price range they're quoting for Flower Valley? Mera budget tight hai, so every penny counts.
Bhai, main toh Central Park se thoda skeptical hoon. My cousin had issues with their project near Airport Road a few years back. Possession mein bahut delay hua tha, aur finishing bhi average hi thi. Just be careful.
