What do you guys think about Central Park Flower Valley as an investment? Saw a video tour of their sample apartments for the floors/villas. The video really highlighted the 1000-acre township and the Sohna Elevated Road connectivity. They talked a lot about luxury living and long-term investment growth, especially with all the green spaces and amenities like golf. I'm looking at the Floors and Villas options. But honestly, for Sohna, is the pricing for these units justified for future appreciation? What's your take on the rental yield potential there?

Same doubt bhai! Mera budget bhi tight hai, itna invest karke return milega ya nahi, yahi tension hai. First-time buyer ke liye toh bahut bada decision hai
