Polo Reserve Sohna: Real experiences?

Found this video on The Polo Reserve inside Central Park Flower Valley. It highlights those 3 BHK low-rise floors in Sector 33 Sohna. The 30:70 payment plan and resort-style amenities really caught my eye. I'm seriously thinking about buying here for personal use. Has anyone in the community bought into Central Park Flower Valley Phase IV or The Polo Reserve? Would love to hear your honest experiences, good or bad.
