Dekha Central Park Flower Valley ka video, Sohna mein. Bahut hi upscale lag raha hai, with all those sports facilities and a proper clubhouse. Location bhi major highways ke paas hai, which is a plus. But I'm looking at it from an investment angle. Sohna mein future appreciation kitni possible hai for such luxury villas? Aur rental yield kya expect karein? Pricing thoda high lag raha hai. Kya aap logon ko lagta hai long-term returns ache honge yahan?

My cousin booked a plot in Sohna a few years back, and he's seen decent returns. But villas are a different ball game. The possession date is 2026-12-01, which is quite far. Market conditions 2026 tak kya honge, kaun jaanta hai. I'm worried about delays and the actual handover.
U3, aapki baat sahi hai, Sohna abhi thoda outskirt lagta hai. But highway connectivity is a big deal. NH-248A (Sohna-Gurugram Highway) is improving. Plus, the builder, Central Park, unka track record Gurugram mein accha hai. RERA number GGM/624/356/2022/99 bhi hai, so that gives some peace of mind. But still, the price is a concern for me as a first-time buyer.
Investment ke liye Sohna? Thoda risky lag raha hai. Gurugram ka main hub toh Sector 14, Sector 34 side hai. Flower Valley ka price range ₹1.7 Cr – ₹3.7 Cr hai, woh bhi Sohna mein, which is quite far. Is range mein toh Gurugram mein flats mil jaate hain. Appreciation ka kya guarantee hai yahan?
