Yaar, ye Central Park Flower Valley ka video dekha kya? Gurgaon mein itna green space aur wellness focus, I'm genuinely surprised. They're talking about 9000 trees, cycling tracks, and so many wellness amenities. Even organic farms! Sounds pretty unique for a project with 2/3/4 BHK and villas. What do you guys think? Is this wellness angle for real, ya bas marketing hype hai? Any thoughts on its ROI in the long run?
