Fed up of renting. Adani Samsara Avasa (ongoing) aur Central Park The Room (ready) mein confused hoon. Under-construction ka risk ya ready ka peace? 5-year appreciation ke liye kaunsa better?

The video on Central Park's 'The Room' in Sector 48, Gurgaon caught my eye. They're pitching these studio apartments as '5-star living' with all the amenities like restaurants and retail right there. It looks really swanky, but I'm wondering about the price point. For studios, even with all those bells and whistles, is the asking price really justified in Gurugram? What's your take on the value for money here?
