Not proud of this but I'm still confused about Century Infiniti. Completed project hai, price ₹1.76 Cr–₹1.85 Cr range mein. Iska long-term ROI kaisa hai? Kya capital appreciation worth it hoga? Rental yield kitna expect kar sakte hain? Investors, help!

First investment property in BLR, nervous about the market

Did a site visit to Century Infiniti last weekend. Project toh complete hai, but I'm looking at it purely from an investment angle. Iska capital appreciation kaisa raha hai since launch? Matlab, resale value mein kitna upside hai? Also, rental yield kitna expect kar sakte hain yahan? Thoda darr lag raha hai, any advice on its long-term potential?

My first home hunt: Century Infiniti actual experience?

Century Infiniti – been checking out this project for my first home. Completed hai, so I'm wondering, daily livability kaisi hai? Jo amenities dikhte hain, are they actually useful? Yaar, pool, gym wagera sahi se maintain hota hai kya? Not sure if it's just good on paper. Neighbourhood aur schools ka bhi input chahiye. Any residents here?
