Honestly not sure about the actual rental yield yahan pe. Koi bata sakta hai kya resale market liquid hai is area mein? Future capital appreciation ka kya scene hai? My parents bol rahe hain soch samajh ke invest karo. Any real experiences or advice on its long-term potential?
