CGHS Mayfair: Resale value is just a myth?
₹3.5 Cr for our old GK property felt like a good deal, but ab naye ghar ka kya? Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. We're eyeing a 2BHK at CGHS Mayfair Apartment, maybe near Dwarka for metro access. My main concern is resale value after 5-7 years, you know, for future planning. Is CGHS Group ka resale market strong, ya bas average hai for end-users? Also, construction quality ka real scene kya hai? Some online reviews mention plaster cracks and seepage issues after possession. Aur delivery delays bhi sunne mein aaye hain. They promise 3.5 years, will they actually stick to it? We need something manageable, a good society, and hospital proximity. Am I overthinking the resale angle for an end-use flat, ya it's a valid concern? Koi share karega apna experience?
