Been paying rent for over 10 years now and I'm honestly just done. My landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Looking at CGHS NPSC Apartment in Delhi, the completed ones. The ₹2.68-3.11 Cr price feels like a lot. For current residents, is it genuinely good for daily living or just good on brochures? What's the community vibe like? Also, how are the schools and daily markets nearby? Really hoping for a place with a friendly atmosphere.
