The ₹2.68-3.11 Cr price feels like a lot. For current residents, is it genuinely good for daily living or just good on brochures? What's the community vibe like? Also, how are the schools and daily markets nearby? Really hoping for a place with a friendly atmosphere.

Bhai, ₹3 Cr for an apartment in NPSC? That's a huge amount, especially for first-time buyers. Have you checked other options in nearby areas like Alaknanda? Prices there might be a bit more reasonable for similar facilities.
Alaknanda ka bhi socha tha, but NPSC ki connectivity thodi better lagi mereko, especially office commute ke liye.
