CGHS Shakuntalam: What's the real investor outlook?
Since last year, I've been eyeing properties in Delhi for investment. CGHS Shakuntalam, priced around ₹1.5 Cr, looks good but honestly I'm not sure about its investor viability. What's the real capital appreciation here? And what kind of rental yield can one actually expect? Is the resale market active, or will it be tough to exit in a few years?

U1, capital appreciation is subjective, but for ₹1.5 Cr in Delhi, you're looking at maybe
