CGHS Sri Agrasen amenities are a maintenance trap
Been looking for 6 months now and CGHS Sri Agrasen Apartments keeps coming up. I know what builders don't tell you, but are amenities actually functional there? Or are we just paying huge maintenance for broken gyms and pools? What's the real monthly outgo? Not sure if the community vibe truly makes up for it.

Totally agree with this post! I visited CGHS Sri Agrasen last month, and the pool looked okay, but the gym equipment seemed old and some machines were out of order. My biggest worry is definitely the maintenance charges for these things. Kya matlab, agar use hi nahi karna toh kyu pay karein itna? Plus, I heard from a security guard that they often struggle with water supply in summers, which is a major concern for a family looking for a permanent home.
Yaar, community toh top
