Chadha Luxurious Home: Are 'luxury' amenities just a mirage?
Two years of landlord drama, and I'm finally done with renting. Chadha Luxurious Home dekh raha hoon, but honestly, its 'luxury' amenities feel like a marketing gimmick. Swimming pool, gym, clubhouse – sab brochure pe kamaal lagta hai. But does anyone actually use them daily, ya sirf weekend pe? I'm paying ₹1.11 Cr+ for a home, not just a showpiece. Maintenance charges kitne hain, aur unmein kya-kya cover hota hai? Neighborhood mein schools aur markets kitne paas hain? I feel builders just push flashy features, real utility often takes a backseat. Is it genuinely good to live in, ya sirf paper pe achha hai? Koi real user experience share karega? Change my mind if I'm wrong.

Sahi pakda hai bhai. My friend bought in a 'luxury' project near Anand Niketan, and the swimming pool is always under maintenance or too dirty to use. Gym has half-broken equipment. It's a nightmare! Chadha Luxurious Home ka toh RERA bhi nahi hai (Rera Not Required likha hai site pe), which is a huge red flag for me, especially for a completed project from 2022. Maintenance ka kya scene hai wahan pe? Builders promise the moon, but deliver dust.
Haan, RERA not required ka matlab hai ki project ya toh bahut small hai (less than 8 units) ya commercial. Chadha Luxurious Home mein toh sirf 8 units hain, toh that explains it. But still, transparency toh honi chahiye. Maintenance for such 'luxury' projects can easily be ₹10-15k per month, aur usmein sirf common area cleaning, lift aur security cover hota hai. Utilities are extra. Most people don't use the pool daily, maybe once a week if it's clean.
Totally relate yaar! ₹1.11 Cr+ is a huge amount for a first-time buyer like us. I've seen so many projects where the amenities are just for show, barely anyone uses them. Delhi mein property prices already sky-high hain, upar se extra maintenance for things you don't even use? It's a real concern, especially with the current market being so volatile.
