Chadha Luxurious Home — everyone's saying it's premium, but I'm not so sure. As someone jo real estate mein kaam karta hai, I know builders ki marketing. But for my own home, I need the real talk. Amenities like the gym and pool, are they actually useful ya sirf showpieces? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, yaar? Mil jul ke rehte hain log ya sab apne mein? Is it genuinely good to live in daily, or just good on paper? Off the record, what's the maintenance like? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the original post. Chadha Luxurious Home sounds like another marketing gimmick. I've heard so much about it being 'premium' but for ₹1.1 Cr minimum, for a first-time buyer like me, every penny counts. Is it really worth that 'luxury' tag or just good pictures on a brochure? My biggest fear is hidden costs later.
