Is Chaitra Greenwoods in Whitefield actually good for end-users, or is it mostly investors? My landlord just hiked rent again, I'm seriously fed up and finally taking the plunge. My budget's around ₹1.2 Cr for a 2BHK, maybe 3BHK if I stretch to ₹1.5 Cr. I'm looking at Chaitra Constructions' Greenwoods project but honestly not sure about the hidden charges part. Heard stories about builders springing up PLCs and maintenance deposits at possession. Is that typical for Chaitra? Also, how's the actual construction quality? Don't want to deal with seepage or plaster cracks after moving in. Any current residents or past buyers have thoughts on this? What's the real investor vs resident ratio like?
