Since my landlord hiked rent again last month, I'm finally taking the plunge and looking at Chakan. But honestly, 2BHK ke prices ₹65-75L tak pahunch gaye hain. It feels like a lot for an industrial area. Builders kaafi hype kar rahe hain about 'future growth' but I'm skeptical. Kya actual appreciation milegi 3-5 saal mein? Aur iska resale market kitna liquid hai? Koi genuine experience share karo, I'm fed up of this EMI vs rent math confusion.

Bhai, you're not alone. I've been looking at Chakan too, and the builders are definitely painting a very rosy picture. Visited a site last month – 'Green Meadows' by XYZ Developers – they were quoting ₹70L for a 2BHK. Bol rahe the international airport aur upcoming infra se rates double ho jayenge. But
Yaar, totally agree! Chakan ke prices sunke toh mera bhi dimaag ghoom gaya. Industrial area mein itna premium kaisa?
