Chakkarpur's 3BHK prices feel way too high for what you get.
Are Chakkarpur property prices for a 3BHK really justified given its age? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa. We've been looking around Chakkarpur because of the MG Road access, but man, the prices for a decent 3BHK feel almost like Golf Course Extension. Is the premium for these older properties truly worth it? What's daily life actually like there, traffic-wise and general vibe? Honestly not sure if the investment potential for capital appreciation is strong enough to make this jump. Or is it more about steady rental income? Already have a home loan, so trying to figure out if this big price tag makes sense long-term. Any residents got opinions on what living there feels like day-to-day?
