Chamrawali Bodaki's prices are inflated, change my mind.

Chamrawali Bodaki — is this area actually worth the hype, ya fir bas paper pe accha lagta hai? Fed up of renting, landlord ne fir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge, EMI vs rent math kar raha hu. M3M India ke project dekh raha hu idhar. Prices ₹80L-₹1.2Cr tak ja rahe for a 2BHK, it's not cheap. But is it justified? Real life mein living experience kaisi hai? Koi resident hai yahan se? Daily commute, basic facilities, kids ke liye parks, sab kaisa hai? Also, I heard about some upcoming development nearby... will it actually benefit the area or just add to the chaos? Resale market ka kya scene hai after 3-5 years? Not sure if the appreciation potential is real or just builder talk. Any honest opinions would be super helpful!
