Chandigarh 24C: Maintenance and parking headaches

Was supposed to decide by last month but now this RWA issue in Sector 24C has me completely stuck. We're upgrading to a 3BHK, kids ke school admission ki tension alag hai. Builder ne bola tha maintenance charges fixed hain, but ab RWA bol rahi hai they've hiked it significantly. Plus, parking ka bhi masla hai, guest parking toh milta hi nahi. Has anyone else faced this with their RWA in Chandigarh? Kya karein, negotiation possible hai ya just accept it? Seems so unfair after paying so much.
