Affordable Housing Projects area — just moved in last month. Bhai, maintenance costs and hidden charges are a shocker. Builder ne bataya nahi tha. My budget was already stretched, and now this extra burden feels overwhelming. What other red flags should new buyers check before booking a flat? Especially worried about future issues.
