Honestly, I'm starting to regret even looking at properties now. Saini Bhawan ki brochure mein maintenance charges kuch aur the, par actual bill bohot zyada aata hai suna hai. Kids have moved out, we need something manageable. Elevator aur basic facilities ke naam par extra charges kya hain? Elderly ke liye low maintenance hai ya bas paper pe?

Sahi kaha, yeh toh common problem ho gaya hai. Saini Bhawan mein kya specific charges hain jo brochure mein nahi the? Koi actual bill ya breakdown share kar sakta hai? ₹50 L – ₹8.0 Cr ki range mein bhi agar ye sab ho raha hai, toh it's really concerning.

Clubhouse fees are always extra, but basic elevator maintenance should be clear.
I visited Saini Bhawan site last month. Sales rep told me about an 'infrastructure development charge' and a 'clubhouse membership fee' that were NOT mentioned clearly in the initial pamphlets. They said it's standard, but the amount was significant. Also, the per sqft maintenance charge was higher than what was informally quoted.
Totally agree with the original post! Saini Bhawan ka naam suna hai, but this hidden cost thing is a major red flag for us first-time buyers. Hum bhi budget dekh ke chal rahe hain, aur aise surprise charges toh poora game change kar dete hain. Builders ko transparent hona chahiye, especially for basic amenities like elevators.
This is why I'm so hesitant to finalize anything. Saini Bhawan has a decent location, par agar maintenance hi itna high hai, toh ₹50 L ka jo lower end hai, woh bhi out of budget ho jayega with hidden costs. Elderly parents ke liye low maintenance is a must, but builders just don't care about that.
Exactly! Mere relatives ko bhi Manimajra mein ek project mein similar issue aaya tha. End mein maintenance itna high ho gaya ki unko rent pe dena pada flat.
Haan bhai, same experience. Brochure mein sab acha dikhate hain.
