Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, ab bas ho gaya. I'm finally looking to buy in New Chandigarh, maybe an Altus Space Builders project. Budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK. My main question is, Chandigarh mein price negotiation kitna realistic hai? Builders kitna kam karte hain, if at all? Kya 5-10% expect kar sakte hain? Aur hidden charges ka kya scene hai? Possession ke time pe kya naye costs aate hain beyond PLC ya parking? Don't want any surprises. Any advice on total cost of acquisition?
