Plot investments in Chandigarh feel like a gamble now, especially with all the new master plans. Kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house in Sector 44. Looking for a compact 2BHK flat, something manageable. My budget is around ₹1.2Cr. Dekh raha hoon ki Sector 49 ya Aerocity mein kya options hain. Manohar Singh and Company ke projects dekhe hain. Pehle toh plot hi sahi lagta tha for appreciation, but ab flats mein amenities, security, aur low maintenance kaafi appealing lag rahi hai. For us, elevator aur hospital proximity important hai. Kya plots ab bhi better ROI dete hain ya flats mein peace of mind zyaada hai? Also, New Chandigarh Master Plan ka actual impact kitna hoga on flat prices?

Bhai, totally relate! My parents are also thinking of selling their big house in Mohali. 1.2 Cr is a good budget for 2BHK in Aerocity but sometimes even then choices are limited, especially if you want a reputed builder. Manohar Singh ke projects sunne mein toh acche lagte hain but possession ka kya scene hai? Builders ka track record check karna bahut zaroori hai.
