Honestly, I'm completely overwhelmed picking a builder in Chandigarh for my first home. I'm considering Omaxe Celestia Royal and Manohar Singh's Palm Grande Exclusive Villas, but ab samajh nahi aa raha. My main concern is finding a community, not just an investment. I don't want flats mostly empty with investors. Omaxe projects mein investor-to-resident ratio kaisa hai? Is Palm Grande more end-user focused? Long-term society maintenance bhi important hai. Which builder is better for an end-user? I want a home, not an investment. Community vibe and living quality experiences needed.

Maintenance charges ka kya scene hai dono mein? Omaxe ka suna hai kaafi high hote hain baad mein. Aur Palm Grande mein possession date ka kya status hai?
Manohar Singh ke projects usually end-user friendly hote hain, at least jo Manimajra mein hain. Palm Grande suna hai thoda premium side pe hai but quality achi dete hain. Omaxe ka mixed bag hai.
