Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck. Everyone glorifies new launches, but nobody talks delivery risk. X Ecosystem Solutions Llp ke under-construction projects ka kya scene hai Sector 49 mein? Resale me high price lagta hai, but possession ki tension nahi. Should I risk under-construction for gains, ya resale for peace? Change my mind.

Bhai, same boat! X Ecosystem Solutions ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. My friend booked with them in Mullanpur, project delayed by 2 years already. They keep giving excuses. Resale mein security hai, but budget hil jaata hai. UC mein thoda margin mil jaata hai, but yeh builder ke saath toh risk hi risk hai. I'm also looking at Sector 49.
