Since the kids moved out, we're finally looking to sell our big house and get a manageable flat in Chandigarh, perhaps Omaxe Gardenia Floors. Honestly, main problem parking ka lag raha hai. Everyone glorifies fancy clubhouses and green areas, but nobody talks about the actual daily headache of parking. Builders promise 'reserved parking' but in reality, it often turns into a free-for-all ya phir a confusing lottery system. For pre-retirees like us, a fixed, easily accessible parking spot is non-negotiable. We don't want to fight for space every evening. Is it just me, or is this a massive oversight in almost all new projects? Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree with OP! Parking is a nightmare. Har builder bas brochure mein fancy pictures dikhata hai, reality mein gaadi park karne ki jagah nahin milti. We are also looking in Chandigarh, and this is a huge concern for us first-time buyers. Yeh toh basic amenity honi chahiye.
Haan bhai, same experience. Society mein ghuste hi stress ho jaata hai parking ke chakkar mein. Builders ko bas units bechne hain.
