Chandigarh properties, specially Saini Bhawan, have me thinking about long-term investor value. I'm based in Dubai, so site inspections are tough. Mera main concern hai construction quality ka impact resale pe aur tenant attraction pe. Log bolte hain initial finishes achi hoti hain, par do saal baad leakage ya cracks shuru ho jaate hain. Isse ROI toh bigad jayega. Aur maintenance costs bhi badhenge. Koi tips hain remotely check karne ke liye? Matlab, kya dekhun papers mein ya reviews mein jo future issues bataye? Kya amenities ki value tab bhi rehti hai agar basic construction mein problem ho? Bahut confusion hai.
