Chandigarh investors — are we really looking at the right factors?

Okay I'll say what no one says – the real connectivity advantage is always understated, especially for investors. I just moved into my Ambika Florence Park flat a couple of months back, possession March mein hua tha. Honestly, people glorify Paradise Enclave a lot for its 'prime' location, but for daily commute to office ya airport, Florence Park ki connectivity bilkul next level hai, yaar. I mean, it saves so much time, which is money ultimately. For 5-year appreciation, I bet Florence Park wins hands down. Log sirf naam pe jaate hain, but practical aspects dekho na. Paradise Enclave mein jo premium mangte hain, woh ROI justify nahi karta, I feel. Kya aapko lagta hai ki connectivity doesn't matter for long-term investment? Change my mind.
