Did some deep diving into Saini Bhawan's paperwork from Dubai. Everyone talks about its rental potential, but nobody mentions the ghost society risk from high investor-owned flats. I'm seeing like 70% investor interest. How can that be good for an end-user community or long-term rental stability? Not sure if I should commit without knowing who'll actually live there. Disagree?
