Honestly, I'm completely fed up of renting in Chandigarh, finally taking the plunge. My budget's around ₹70-90L for a 2BHK, maybe in Zirakpur or New Chandigarh. I'm torn between pre-launch offers versus waiting for open-market deals. Builders like Reputed Builder sometimes push pre-launch hard, saying it's the best price. But I've heard some spot discounts later can be better, especially near PR-7. What's been your experience? Is the 'early-bird' discount actually a trap, ya phir sahi mein value milti hai? Also, beyond PLC and parking, what hidden costs should I watch out for at possession?
