Chandigarh investors, is RERA truly effective?

But how many of us actually check the RERA website for past complaints or project status? Everyone glorifies RERA as buyer protection, but nobody talks about the red flags hidden deep in builder-buyer agreements. They're full of clauses favouring only the builder, especially regarding delays or quality. Agar kal ko project stuck ho gaya, jaise kai baar suna hai New Chandigarh mein, toh RERA complaint kitna effective hai? I'm looking at investments, maybe even with someone like Raheja Universal, and my biggest worry is capital getting stuck due to legal loopholes. Totally agree with you, bhai! Meri bhi same frustration hai. Ye builder-buyer agreements itne complicated hote hain ki samajh hi nahi aata. Aur jab koi delay hota hai na, tabhi asliyat pata chalti hai. RERA registration dikha dete hain bas, but real protection kitni hai, ye toh bhagwan hi jaane.
