Budget finalised, loan pre-approved for an Omaxe Celestia Royal unit, but I'm based in Canada. How do you guys handle snags from abroad? Matlab, construction quality pe kitna trust kar sakte hain? Does poor finishing affect rental yield ya resale value in Chandigarh? Property manager pe kitna rely karein?

U3, you're absolutely right. Meri ek friend ne Omaxe ke dusre project (Manimajra mein) mein book kiya tha, usko toh 2 saal late possession mila aur finishings mein bahut issues the. Remote se toh aur mushkil hoga quality check karna.
