For months now I’ve been looking at investment properties in Chandigarh. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Ambika Florence Park is on my radar. Honestly, I'm worried about the investor ratio there. What's the real end-user vs. investor split? Will there be enough genuine buyers for a good exit strategy in 5-7 years?
