Been looking for a good investment back home for almost a year now, but I'm based in Dubai, so ground reality check thoda mushkil hai. Chandigarh mein abhi bhi koi underpriced zones hain kya? Like Saini Majra, specifically Ansal API ke projects mein. Is there still value wahan for a 2BHK around ₹80-90L? Ya secondary market mein better deals mil rahi hain compared to new launches? I can't do site visits easily, so need reliable info. Broker ke through jaana sahi hai ya direct builder se baat karein? For Ansal API, will a broker help negotiate better ya they just add commission? Rental management bhi ek concern hai baad mein, any advice on that front?

Bhai, Ansal API ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Unka track record Chandigarh mein bohot mixed raha hai, especially possession delays ko lekar. Saini Majra mein ₹80-90L for a 2BHK is a bit high for Ansal, no? Secondary market mein shayad better deal mil jaye, but wahan bhi due diligence bohot zaroori hai. Remote se invest karna risky hai yaar, bina proper checks ke.
