Chandigarh IT Park demand: Sirf hype hai kya?

Aerocity — sab log bolte hain bohot potential hai. Honestly, I'm trying to buy my first flat, budget ₹90L ke aas paas, maybe a 2BHK. But I'm skeptical about this whole Chandigarh IT Park and SEZ development driving real demand. Is it actually bringing in that many high-paying jobs jo prices justify karein? Ya sirf builders like EMAAR, DLF hype create kar rahe hain? I'm worried it's just marketing. Should I really trust that these projects will bring the ROI they promise? Change my mind.

Dekho, hype toh har jagah hoti hai, but long-term potential is definitely there. My uncle works in IT and he says a lot of smaller firms are actually setting up

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! I've been eyeing Aerocity too for a 2BHK, similar budget. But the prices feel inflated already. Where are these IT companies and thousands of employees they keep talking about? Lagta hai bas papers pe hi sab kuch hai. I'm worried about getting stuck.
