Is the luxury segment pricing in Chandigarh just builder greed, or is there real demand? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 24C, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa. Dekh raha hoon ki New Chandigarh mein Godrej ya Omaxe ke projects kaafi expensive hain. My budget is around ₹1.8 Cr but prices seem way higher for premium stuff. Already have a home loan, so EMI will be a big factor. Is the price jump for these luxury properties worth it? What's the scene with actual buyers for these high-end units?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head. I've been looking at Godrej and Omaxe too, especially in Mullanpur Garibdass. They're quoting 2 Cr+ for a decent 3BHK. For that price, you'd expect a palace, not just a slightly bigger apartment. It feels like they're just banking on the 'Chandigarh'
Totally agree! New Chandigarh mein prices toh sky-high hain. Mera bhi same budget hai aur kuch samajh nahi aa raha.
