Chandigarh maintenance charges are a total rip-off

Did a site visit to Altus Ecoglades yesterday and honestly, the maintenance charges they're quoting are insane. I work in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame, yaar. Builders ki marketing aur reality mein itna farak hota hai. They show you all these fancy amenities, but then the maintenance bill hits you like a truck. They're asking for ₹7.5 per sqft for a 3BHK, matlab annual kitna ho jayega! For what exactly? Common areas clean rakhte hain bas, security guards bhi just okay. Jo clubhouse dikhate hain, woh bhi hardly used hota hai. Anyone living there or in similar Chandigarh projects, do you actually get value for money? Or is it just another hidden cost? Off the record, what's the actual service quality like after a year or two?
