PLC aur EDC toh standard hain, par builder usko inflate karta hai, especially last minute. Aap agreement mein exact clauses check karo. Kai baar toh hidden charges 'maintenance fund' ya 'club membership' ke naam pe bhi add kar dete hain jo pehle disclose nahi kiye hote. Be very vigilant with the final payment statement.
