Chandigarh mein value deals kahan milengi?

Just moved into my 2BHK in Sector 24C last month. Paid almost ₹78L. I'm wondering about market timing now. Are there specific areas in Chandigarh still seeing price correction? Ya fir sab overvalued hai? For resale flats, does one find more negotiation room? Where can actual value be found now, maybe only secondary market?
