Did a site visit to The Uppal Group's project in Rasulpur last weekend. They quoted ₹98L for a 3BHK. I know the builder games, but buying for myself is trickier. How much can you *realistically* negotiate in Chandigarh? What hidden charges always sneak up at possession? And is going direct better than a broker for these deals?

Bhai, 98L for a 3BHK in Rasulpur? Thoda zyada nahi lag raha? I visited a project in New Chandigarh recently, they were quoting similar but for a bigger carpet area. Negotiation is usually 2-3% max, usse zyada expect mat karna. Builders have become very rigid now.

Sahi kaha, 2-3% se zyada nahi dete. Maine bhi try kiya tha, but builder ne seedha mana kar diya. Bolte hain rates fixed hain.
