Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is totally different yaar. Looking at Manohar Singh and Company in Sector 49 for a 2BHK, prices are around ₹75L. My question is, what's the *realistic* negotiation margin in Chandigarh? Kitna percent off they actually give, not just on paper? I know about PLC, but what about actual spot discounts? Should I push for a better payment plan instead of price drop? Any insider tips for negotiating with builders here?
