Possession was in March for my new place in Zirakpur, aur tab se kaafi kuch dekh liya hai. My cousin is now looking to buy in Chandigarh, aur he's considering Reputed Builder's Pushpak Society ya Altus Space Builders' Altus Ecoglades in New Chandigarh. I've told him to be super careful.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! My friend bought a flat in Mullanpur Garibdass last year, same story. Walls cracking, plumbing issues within months. Builders promise the moon pre-possession, then disappear. Reputed Builder ka naam toh suna hai, but quality issues sab jagah hain.
