Okay, I'll be honest — buying a bigger flat for the kids feels more complicated than I thought. Hum 3BHK dekh rahe hain Chandigarh mein, especially good schools ke paas. Saini Bhawan bhi visit kiya. Their clubhouse looks great on paper, but I'm worried it'll be a ghost facility. My wife really wants proper play areas for the kids, but are these amenities actually useful daily? Ya bas high maintenance charges for nothing? Any experience from Saini Bhawan residents or other Chandigarh projects? Kya check karna chahiye during site visits for actual usability?
