Okay I'll be honest — I'm completely fed up of renting in Chandigarh. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya, so finally taking the plunge to buy. I'm looking at places in New Chandigarh, like Omaxe or Godrej projects. Builders are pushing pre-launch offers big time, keh rahe hain best deal hai. But is 'early-bird' pricing actually a discount, ya just for higher PLC later? Also, construction-linked payment plans versus a heavier down payment – as an investor, which makes more sense for ROI? What about total cost of acquisition, not just base price?
