Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city. Palm Grande Exclusive Villas ko dekha hai, par ek doubt hai. Builders security systems, like CCTV aur guards, kaafi highlight karte hain. But in reality, kitne effective hote hain long term? Investment ke liye, tenant attraction aur resale value pe iska kitna impact aata hai? Aur parking allocation ka kya scene hai? Lottery system hota hai ya reserved? Future mein ispe fights honge kya? Honest opinions chahiye.

Totally agree! Builders hype security so much. My friend bought in Manimajra, they promised 24/7 guards, but after a year, only one guy during the day. It's just for initial sales. Parking is a huge issue too, especially in older societies. Future fights are guaranteed if it's not clearly allocated.
Exactly! I'm also looking at Palm Grande. Security sounds good on paper, but maintenance charges will be high for it, and then they cut corners. Budget mein
