Moved into my 3BHK in Sector 34B last month. Reputed Builder ka project. All-in cost, including stamp duty and PLC, shocked me. Does negotiation really work in Chandigarh, or is it just for show?

Bhai, tum akele nahi ho. Mera bhi experience same hi raha hai. Chandigarh mein prices sky-high hain, aur negotiation kaafi tough hai. Lagta hai builders ko pata hai log lenge hi. Kya aapne builder ka naam reveal kar sakte ho?
