Chandigarh property: hidden charges surprise?

₹3.5 lakh extra for charges, nobody told me this in Saini Majra. Just moved into Manohar Singh project. Possession pe bahut hidden costs aaye. What hidden charges did you face?

Bhai, this is exactly what scares me! Saini Majra mein bhi aisa ho raha hai? I thought those projects were more transparent. ₹3.5 lakh is a massive hit. Were these charges explained to you at all, or just sprung up during possession? Builders need to be upfront. Kya kya charges the exactly, if you don't mind sharing?
