Kya Chandigarh mein builder se negotiation possible hai, especially for all these extra charges? I'm looking at a 2BHK in Sector 24C, base price around ₹78L. But then there's PLC, parking, stamp duty... it's all adding up. Honestly, I'm nervous about hidden costs appearing near possession. Kitna extra lag jaata hai usually? Log bolte hain builder kuch na kuch charge karte hain end mein. Should I try negotiating the overall package ya sirf base price pe focus karun? Koi experience share karega?
