₹95 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 18D feels like a lot, honestly. Builder bol rahe hain fixed price, but kya Chandigarh mein negotiation bilkul nahi hoti? Kitna discount expect kar sakte hain for better deal value? Aur total cost mein stamp duty, registration ke alawa kya hidden charges add hote hain? Matlab, final bill kitna upar jaata hai from the quoted price, especially from an investor angle?

Yaar, same pinch! Main bhi Chandigarh mein property dekh raha hoon aur prices sunke dimaag ghoom jaata hai. 95 lakh for a 2BHK in 18D toh sach mein bahut zyada hai. Builders kehte hain no negotiation, but I always feel there's some wiggle room. Kya sach mein yahan itna tough hai bargain karna? Kitna upar ja sakta hai final cost, after all these 'extra' charges?
